Pierre “ Pete” Basque is a distinguished REALTOR with years of experience. At his position with Exit Realty Associates since 2009, Pierre focuses on investing in, purchasing and reselling multi-unit residential properties around the province of New Brunswick. Pete has been working in real estate since he was very young, and has never considered a different career path. As he tells it:
“ I started when I was eighteen, with the help of my parents. I worked with the same realtor, he brought my parents & I great deals to invest in. Eventually, he said I should get my real estate license and work full-time. I did and I grew to love it so much that I decided to create my own team. Now I help other people invest in real estate as well - I specialize in multi-units, and try to help and bring other investors get to the same point I’m at.”
Pete does his best to stay involved with new and experienced investors as a coach, helping them reach higher, through the process of renovating properties and working with management companies.
These days, Pete focuses on investing in more multi-unit properties. As a leading expert in his field, Pete works hard to stay aware of prevailing trends in his industry.
